And Bloomberg’s Everytown for Gun Safety – which dropped $45 million in the 2024 cycle and outspent gun rights groups 25 to 1 in Virginia’s off-year races – is already moving money for 2026. The gun grabbers aren’t waiting for November – they’re already in the field.

“Red flag” Gun Confiscation laws allow the government to seize a law-abiding citizen’s firearms based on an accusation alone – no criminal charge, no conviction, no due process. They’re already being used to confiscate guns from veterans, senior citizens, and anyone an ex-spouse or estranged family member decides to “report.”

Seventeen states now have these laws on the books. Gun grabbers in Congress are pushing to make them federal.
